From September 23–25, 2026, PO-TRY returned to PRINTING United Expo in Las Vegas for the third consecutive year.
Since entering the U.S. market in 2024, PO-TRY has continued to work closely with local POD businesses, factories, and industry partners. As POD production scales up, customers are focusing on three practical questions: How can we reduce material waste? Cut labor costs? And increase output at a lower operating cost?
This year, PO-TRY focused on four priorities: save material, increase speed, reduce labor, and lower energy use. The new 8-head 48inch(120cm) DTF printer and 48inch(120cm) automatic cutter were developed around those real production needs.
Wider Format,
Better Material Use
The new 8-head DTF printer expands the print width to 48inch(120cm), giving operators more room to arrange graphics of different sizes and shapes.
Better nesting means less unused film and higher material utilization. A wider format is not just about printing bigger. It is about using material more efficiently.

8 Heads for
Higher-Volume Production
As order volume grows, delivery windows do not get longer.
The new 8-head 48inch(120cm) DTF printer combines wider-format printing with higher speed, helping POD factories increase output during peak production.
For large-scale POD operations, the complete solution can reach up to 20,000 pieces per day.
The goal is not simply faster printing, but reliable capacity for high-volume custom production.

Auto Cutting Helps
Reduce Labor Costs
In the U.S., labor is a major operating cost. Automation can make a direct difference.
The matching 120cm cutter automates film cutting after printing and reduces repetitive manual work.
It also supports half-cutting while retaining SKU codes, making order identification, sorting, and management easier for multi-order, multi-SKU POD production.
From printing to cutting, the system is designed to make the workflow faster and more organized with less manual handling.

Higher Efficiency,
Lower Energy Use
PO-TRY follows the brand philosophy of Technology · Green · Fashion, using technology to support more sustainable production.
The third-generation powder shaker paired with the new 8-head DTF printer can reduce power consumption by more than 60%.
That means higher productivity does not have to come with higher energy use.

We provide
local services in the US.
At PRINTING United Expo, PO-TRY showcased more than bigger and faster equipment. The focus was a practical solution built around the real cost structure of large POD factories.
PO-TRY currently operates warehouses in Los Angeles and New Jersey, supported by a local U.S. after-sales service team. The company is also recruiting agents, dealers, and distributors across the U.S.
By understanding the market and solving real production problems, PO-TRY will continue to turn product innovation into measurable gains in efficiency and cost control for customers.
